Brown & Brown, Inc. will webcast its 2006 annual shareholders meeting. Investors and all other interested parties are invited to listen to the live web cast, to be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. ET.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer J. Hyatt Brown will host the meeting. The web cast, which will feature comments by Brown and Jim W. Henderson, president and chief operating officer, as well as a question-and-answer session with shareholders attending the meeting in Daytona Beach, Florida, can be accessed through Brown & Brown’s web site at www.bbinsurance.com, then under Investor Relations at Conference Calls.
The web cast will be archived on the company’s website for 30 days after the meeting.
