, a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology services to the property and casualty insurance industry, has announced that Stephen A. Francis has been promoted to the position of president.
Francis originally joined Trumbull in January 2004 as chief operating officer. Prior to Trumbull, Francis was at InsLogic in Columbia, S.C., where he was executive vice president of business development and CIO. Prior to that, he was vice president of property and casualty development at Policy Management Services Corp. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds a bachelors degree in business management from the University of South Carolina.
