U.S.I. Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: USIH) on Wednesday announced that the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut has subpoenaed the company, requesting documents and seeking information as part of an industry-wide investigation relating to pricing and placement of insurance.
USI said it is in the process of reviewing the subpoena and plans to cooperate fully with the Attorney General’s requests.
USI is a distributor of insurance and financial products and services to businesses throughout the United States and operates out of 59 offices in 19 states.
