Zurich North America and the Louisiana Department of Insurance have joined the NeighborWorks庐 National Insurance Task Force (NITF). Convened by the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation in 1994, NITF works to develop partnerships between the insurance industry and community-based organizations.
“Insurers and regulators bring a great deal of knowledge and expertise to the Task Force,” said NITF Director Todd Pittman. “We are confident that these new partners will make a difference in the lives of low-income and minority homeowners.”
The National Insurance Task Force comprises insurance companies, insurance industry trade associations, insurance regulators, educational institutions, Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation and the members of the national NeighborWorks庐 network.
