Insurance Services Office Inc. (ISO) now offers police reports as part of its public records offering on the ISO ClaimSearch庐 antifraud system.
The enhancement of ISO ClaimSearch service includes access through its website to a wide range of police, fire, coroner and Department of Motor Vehicle reports from tens of thousands of agencies with complete coverage nationwide and in Canada.
Offering police reports through the ISO ClaimSearch platform makes claims handling and investigations more efficient. With the click of a mouse, a screen is automatically prefilled with required information鈥攔eady to initiate a request for a police report鈥攕aving time and costs in investigations and claims processing.
“This is another milestone in our program to help customers streamline the claims handling process,” said Richard P. Boehning, ISO senior vice president.
