Liberty Mutual has licensed ISO Claims Outcome AdvisorTM COA â„¢, a bodily injury claims management tool, from Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) to help the company manage its personal auto bodily injury claims.

COA is the industry’s first object-based solution to enable the complete management of bodily injury claims portfolios. COA helps claims adjusters, managers and actuaries manage the medical, legal and occupational issues presented by bodily injury and workers’ compensation claims, and helps with settlements.
