WalkerHughes Insurance announced it has acquired Inman Insurance Agency in Salem, Missouri, and Clark Insurance Agency in Ballwin, Missouri. The acquisitions expand WalkerHughes’ presence in Missouri, increasing market density across south-central communities and the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Inman Insurance Agency, led by owner Keith Inman, has served clients in Salem, Rolla, and Hartville areas for decades. The acquisition strengthens WalkerHughes’ service capabilities in south-central Missouri.
Inman will remain with the firm for at least three years to support client continuity and ensure a seamless transition for employees.
WalkerHughes also acquired Clark Insurance Agency, a Ballwin-based firm led by Mary Clark, expanding the company’s footprint in the greater St. Louis area. Clark Insurance brings deep community roots and a strong reputation for client service. Clark will remain with the firm for at least three years to support the transition and ongoing client relationships.
