Hub announced that it has acquired the assets of John L. Kiley Agency, Inc. dba DAR The Rocchio Agency (The Rocchio Agency). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, The Rocchio Agency is an independent insurance agency providing commercial and personal insurance, as well as employee benefits services. Their expertise in the residential , including custom home building, and development industries support Hub’s Specialty practices by complementing and strengthening Hub’s existing capabilities.
David Rocchio, sole owner, and The Rocchio Agency team will join Hub Midwest East.
The Rocchio Agency will be referred to as The Rocchio Agency, a Hub International company.
MidCap Advisors served as financial advisor to The Rocchio Agency.
