Huffman Insurance Group, based in Moberly, Missouri, recently hired Sheri Neal as its new customer service representative (CSR).

In this position, Neal will handle the collection, processing, and distribution of all agency information. She will assist with account retention, as well as directly interact with the company’s producers and clients.

Neal has worked in the insurance business for nearly six years as mainly a CSR.

Huffman Insurance Group is a full-service insurance agency founded in 2015 that specializes in auto, home, life, commercial, and farm insurance. The company is owned by Robert Huffman, who has 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. The agency is a member of Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA).
