USI Insurance Services has acquired Toledo, Ohio-based Brooks Insurance.
Brooks employees will remain at their Toledo and Bowling Green locations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Brooks provides property/casualty, employee benefits, bonds and surety, homeowners, renters, automobile, watercraft and personal health.
Valhalla, N.Y.-based USI is an insurance brokerage and consulting firm, delivering property/casualty, employee benefits, personal risk and retirement solutions.
