Madison, Wis.-based American Family Insurance is introducing DreamKeep Rewards in Illinois, an insurance loyalty program designed to recognize and reward members every day for making smart decisions that protect their families and property.

Customers earn points for completing dozens of activities – simple things such as being a designated driver, checking the tire pressure in their vehicles, replacing a washing machine hose, organizing a neighborhood watch meeting and many more.

Members can then redeem the points for a wide variety of rewards, ranging from gift cards to well-known national businesses, to items that help reinforce those protective habits like smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

Illinois customers not only get points for signing up for DreamKeep Rewards, they automatically get points for the various auto and property, motorcycle, boat and umbrella policies they have with American Family Insurance.

American Family is piloting this program in Illinois because many of the company’s customers in Illinois have the typical range of products that the company offers.
