Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska (IIAN) has selected Iowa Mutual Insurance Co. as the 2014 Five-Star Company of the Year for its dedication and service to independent agents.
The award recipient is selected by IIAN member agencies, which nominate companies that provide superior service in the areas of technology, personnel, policy issuance, products/markets, claims, agency support and other factors such as community involvement. The award was presented to Iowa Mutual on Oct. 2 at the IIAN Annual Convention.
Iowa Mutual, a member of The Motorists Insurance Group, operates in Iowa, Nebraska and Illinois, and is committed to building strong relationships with and providing excellent customer service to independent agents.
