Wells Fargo Insurance, part of Wells Fargo & Co., named Stefani Tygar Barnes as head of its personal insurance segment in Minneapolis, Minn.
Barnes will lead a team dedicated to providing auto, home, renters, life, health, and umbrella insurance products to consumers. Based in Minneapolis, she will report to Laurie Nordquist, head of PSBI.
Barnes was recently senior vice president and relationship manager for Wells Fargo’s wealth, brokerage and retirement (WBR) cross-sell team where she led the cross-sell programs and partnerships for wealth and retirement with the community bank, wholesale, and mortgage. She has held various leadership roles with the Wells Fargo’s retirement division, including overseeing the call center, building a small business retirement product and service team, and managing multiple client service groups. Barnes is also a former consultant with Deloitte Consulting where she was focused on business strategy and operational improvements in the human capital; retirement services provider practice.
