Wisconsin-based commercial insurance agency, M3 Insurance, announced that Elizabeth Donley, JD, MBA, MS, co-founder and chief executive officer of Stemina Biomarker Discovery Inc. in Madison, has been elected to the agency’s board of directors.
Donley will serve a three year term, effective October 2013. She replaces Charlie Meldrum, past president and CEO of M3 who retired in January 2005, and was elected to M3’s board in July 2007.
Prior to founding Stemina, Donley served as general counsel and director of business development for Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF). She also held the position of managing director for both WiSys Technology Foundation and WiCell Research Institute while at WARF. Before her tenure at WARF, Donley practiced law with Quarles and Brady.
Founded in 1968, M3 Insurance provides employee benefits, property and casualty, executive benefits, employer-sponsored retirement plans and personal lines of insurance.
