Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co. has added Jennifer Tomko as director of compensation and benefits. Tomko will report to Angela McBride, vice president of human resources at Amerisure.
Tomoko will create the strategic direction and provide oversight of Amerisure’s compensation, benefits and human resource information system (HRIS)/payroll functions.
Tomko joins Amerisure with more than 13 years’ experience in the technological and business practices areas of human resources. Most recently, she was the director of compensation and benefits at Masco Cabinetry. Prior to that, she served as the compensation and benefits manager at Credit Acceptance Corp.
