Insurance broker Lockton has expanded its loss control team with the addition of Kevin Hoffman as senior loss control consultant in its St. Louis, Mo., office.

Hoffman has more than 15 years of experience in managing hospital safety programs and will work directly with Lockton’s healthcare clients to provide strategic direction and advice to large healthcare organizations, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and physician groups.

Hoffman joins Lockton from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in St. Louis, where he was a senior loss control consultant. Prior to Gallagher, he was a senior loss control consultant with EBI Cos. and director of Safety and Security at several large healthcare/hospital systems.

Hoffman is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and holds numerous certifications in insurance and safety.
