Peoria, Ill.-based RLI Corp. announced a new partnership with Recreation Insurance Specialists (RIS), a specialty recreation vehicle (RV) insurance agency, that will allow RLI to underwrite RV insurance for RIS.
RLI has hired Eric Raudins to manage the new product line as assistant vice president, underwriting.
RLI will write liability and physical damage coverage for motor homes, travel trailers and fifth wheel campers. Policies are currently available through RIS and their independent agent partners.
Raudins has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. He joined RLI from RIS, where he served as chief operating officer. Prior to his role at RIS, Raudins served as vice president of personal lines at National Interstate Insurance Co. He has extensive knowledge of pricing, underwriting and marketing specialty personal lines insurance programs.
