Michigan-based specialty insurance program manager Meadowbrook Insurance Group Inc. has appointed John P. Shallcross as director of Investor Relations & Capital Strategies.
Shallcross joined Meadowbrook two years, working primarily on special projects in the accounting and finance department. Prior to joining Meadowbrook, he spent several years as an analyst at a middle market private equity firm working on buy side and sell side acquisition due diligence, as well as monitoring portfolio companies. He began his career at Ernst & Young.
