Grange Insurance, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, announced that Doreen DeLaney has joined the company as vice president of human resources and community relations. In this role, she’ll lead all human resources functions, including recruiting and talent development, and will develop the overall multi-market strategy for Grange’s community outreach initiatives.
DeLaney has more than 20 years of experience in leading operational, strategic and human resources functions for a number of companies ranging from leading consulting organizations to financial services companies such as banking and insurance. She most recently held the position of senior vice president of human resources and shared services for First Data Corporation in Atlanta.
Prior to joining First Data, she served as managing director and chief administrative officer at Countrywide Financial Corp. and has held executive level positions with CNA Insurance Co.
Through a network of independent agents, Grange offers auto, home, life and business insurance protection in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin.
