David M. Breitmayer, of Dublin, Ohio, has been hired by the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Ohio Inc. (PIA) as the group’s vice president of Member Services.
Prior to coming to PIA, Breitmayer served as vice president of Administration for DTE Gas Resources. There, he supervised all administrative support functions including accounting, IT, purchasing and inventory management, financial analysis and reporting, human resources, and vendor and contractor relations.
Breitmayer’s past experience also includes working as a Business Development executive and consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers; as an independent Management consultant; and as vice president, Commercial and Industrial Sales for American Electric Power.
The Professional Insurance Agents Association of Ohio Inc. was founded in 1933. PIA’s membership includes approximately 1,300 independent insurance agencies, their employees and their customers.
