SeibertKeck, based in Northeast Ohio, recently announced its recent merger with Jack Kohl Agency Inc., effective Jan. 1, 2007.
The Jack Kohl Agency will remain at its Ravenna headquarters and will be known as Jack Kohl Insurance Agency moving forward.

SeibertKeck sells commercial and institutional property and casualty insurance, security bonding, professional liability, and life and benefits insurance.
