Atlanta-based Pacific Wholesale Insurance Brokers, LLC (PWIB) has opened a new branch office in Chicago. According to the release issued by the company, the Chicago office will operate as a wholesale insurance broker specializing in the placement of casualty business in the excess and surplus lines marketplace.
Russell DeLuca was named executive vice president, Midwest Division. DeLuca was formerly with the Chicago-based brokerage, DMI Brokerage, LLC, where he was founding principal.
