Clark Consulting, a national firm providing integrated compensation, benefits and financing solutions, will combine its executive benefits, banking and insurance company practices into a single unit to serve those markets.
The new practice will be led by Les Brockhurst, current president of Clark’s executive benefits practice. The merger will be effective at year-end, and the new unit will be reported as a single reporting segment in the company’s financial statements starting in 2006.
Founded in 1967, Barrington, Ill.-based Clark has more than 3,800 corporate, banking and healthcare clients.
