Geo. F. Brown & Sons, Inc. (GFB) has reached an exclusive agreement with the AM Best “A”-rated carriers of the RSUI Group Inc. to expand its Illinois liquor liability program to a multi-state program.
The program is now available in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Other states will be added later.
Available on an admitted basis in Illinois and non-admitted elsewhere, this new program is for all classes serving alcoholic beverages including bars and taverns, restaurants, private clubs, retail stores, special events, adult entertainment, and nightclubs.
The program also covers risks with late-close exposure. It contains special rating considerations and improved rates for restaurants, private clubs and retail stores as well as enhanced credit for loss experience, server training, cab assist programs and neighborhood locations. Applications can be made via e-mail or fax.
