Barrington, Ill.-based Clark Consulting announced that it had received a subpoena from the office of the New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer.
The subpoena seeks information related to the benefits consultant’s business practices relating to the sale of retirement products, including contingent commission agreements related to retirement product sales. Clark said it intends to fully cooperate with the inquiry.
