Southfield, Mich.-based Insurance Partners Agency (IPA), which provides insurance risk management, placement and consulting services to clients in 34 states, received the Certified WorkComp Advisor Designation at the recent Institute of WorkComp Advisor’s Symposium at Duke University.
The key IPA staff is also accredited by Michigan State University as Certified Workers’ Compensation Professionals (CWCP). IPA said in a statement that it is the only agency in the United States to have attained both designations.
IPA specializes in workers’ compensation protecting thousands of employees in 34 states. IPA’s 12-Step WorkComp Process provides a framework that keeps businesses and their people on track for the long haul in controlling work comp costs taking the coverae from a “cost of doing business” to a “controllable expense.”
