Stephen S. Marcum, 46, has announced that he will not seek re-election as a member of the board of directors of the Fairfield-based insurer . He will step down effective April 21, 2004, at the company’s annual shareholders meeting.
Marcum was elected to the board in 1989. He is a partner with the law firm of Parrish, Fryman & Marcum Co., in Hamilton, Ohio.
