East Lansing, Mich.-based medical liability insurer announced that its board of directors has authorized the continuation of its share repurchase program. This authorization allows the company to repurchase an additional 500,000 shares. The company has repurchased all of the shares previously authorized by the board.
The timing of the repurchases and the number of shares to be bought at any one time depend on market conditions and the company’s capital requirements.
