Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services (OFIS) Commissioner Frank Fitzgerald announced that insurance company and health maintenance organization (HMO) financial statements are now available on the OFIS Web site.
“From the OFIS Web site, consumers can access complaint, financial and enforcement information, as well as find out how to file a complaint,” Fitzgerald noted.
