In preparation for the 2003 legislative session, North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jim Poolman announced he will hold a public hearing to solicit opinions on the use of credit scoring in pricing and underwriting of insurance. The hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 2 at the State Capitol in Bismarck.
Consumers, insurance agents, insurance companies and credit agents are invited to give their input.
