International insurer RSA has appointed Chris Riley as senior executive officer for RSA’s operation in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Riley has held this position on an interim basis since May and was previously RSA’s marine hub leader, DIFC for over six years.
He reports to Richard Turner, Europe & DIFC director, Global Risk Solutions, RSA, who said: “I am very pleased to confirm that Chris Riley has been appointed as senior executive officer for our DIFC operation. Chris has worked in the MENA market for many years and his appointment will enable our DIFC operation to maintain a strong and seamless service to our brokers and clients.”
RSA has also welcomed Adrian Burgess as construction & engineering underwriting leader in DIFC.
Commercial insurance underwritten by RSA’s DIFC operation is part of Global Risk Solutions, which serves RSA UK & International’s large and multinational customers.
