Hub International Ltd., the Chicago-based insurance broker, announced it has acquired the shares of ES3 Insurance Services Ltd. operating as ES3 Advisory.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, ES3 Advisory is an employee benefits and pension consulting firm. Founded in 1999 by Darrell Ert, president of ES3 Advisory, the company designs custom solutions that help clients “create programs that promote engaged, healthy employees,” said Hub in a statement.
ES3 Advisory, led by Faizal Mitha, vice president of Employee Strategies, will join Hub TOS, reporting to Dave Terry, Hub TOS’ president.
“ES3 is perfectly set up for the next chapter with a partner that shares our values and has the scale to make a real difference in the North American space,” said Ert.
