At its regularly scheduled meeting, the Board of Directors of Transatlantic Holdings, Inc. elected Amy M. Cinquegrana, Corporate Secretary.
She was also elected Corporate Secretary and Assistant Vice President of Transatlantic Reinsurance Company, a subsidiary of TRH.
The Board of Directors of Transatlantic Re also elected the following officers:
New York: Matthew D. Mahoney – Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
William G. Naftel – Vice President
Leonard R. Rosa – Vice President
Daniel E. Hojnowski -Secretary
London:Matthew Brown – Assistant Vice President and Associate Actuary
