Bermuda-based ACE Limited announced the appointment of Frank Lattal to the position of Chief Claims Officer. He will oversee all aspects of claims management and administration for the ACE Group of Companies worldwide through its network of claims officers, reporting to president and COO, Evan Greenberg.
“As we continue our rapid growth and our operations become more diverse and complex, there is an increasing need for stronger management oversight and coordination of our claims organization,” Greenberg commented. “Excellence in claims management and adjudication is the most basic service our clients expect from us. I am sure that Frank will provide leadership and direction, and along with our strong global claims management team, continue our tradition of excellent claims management.”
Lattal has over 20 years of legal and claims experience. He joined ACE in 1998, following 14 years in private practice representing insurers and insureds. In 2000, he was named Senior Vice President, Claims, and, in January of 2002, was appointed General Counsel for ACE Bermuda.
