Arch Capital Group Ltd. announced that Constantine (Dinos) Iordanou will become president and CEO of Arch Capital Group Ltd., effective August 1, 2003.
Iordanou will succeed Peter Appel, one of Arch Capital’s founders, who will remain on Arch Capital’s Board of Directors. Iordanou will be based in Arch Capital’s Bermuda headquarters and will work closely with Paul Ingrey, chairman of Arch Worldwide Insurance and Reinsurance Group, and Robert Clements, chairman of Arch Capital Group Ltd.
