This represents the 18th acquisition of a network of insurance brokerages located in Alberta which has been integrated into Anthony Clark’s operations.
Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers Ltd., founded in 1989, has become one of the largest general insurance brokerage in North America. The Company has expanded through internal growth and the acquisition of general insurance brokerages and processes over $26,000,000 in insurance premiums for its 13,000 customers.
