Chubb Insurance Company of Canada unveiled a secure website for personal lines brokers at Chubb Canada.
The company began a pilot phase last December, and the location is now live for Chubb’s Ontario-based brokers. The site will go live in the rest of Canada by the end of this summer.
To access the site, brokers need to use a password to gain entrance to policies, study coverage or view payment status. Brokers will also be able to access Chubb’s private publishing site noting the company’s complete rates, rules, contracts, along with underwriting guidelines.
Brokers will also be able to train new salespeople through the website as opposed to sending them to Toronto for training and a selling tips section will help brokers highlight what Chubb has to offer.
