ReSource Pro, headquartered in New York City, appointed Eugene “Gene” Hugh as chief financial officer (CFO). Hugh will lead the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, legal, and mergers and acquisitions functions. He also plays a key role in advancing ReSource Pro’s strategic priorities, which include scaling global operations and enabling the core business through technology and AI.
Hugh joins ReSource Pro from Procure Analytics. Before that, he spent 15 years at Intercontinental Exchange, where he built and led the U.S. corporate finance teams, M&A analytics, global systems, procurement, and vendor risk operations.
