
Vantage Insurance Partners, Inc., a New York-based insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Jack Butcher as chief executive officer.
Butcher has a “robust background in leading growth focused organizations through M&A, operational excellence and innovation” and will lead Vantage forward as it enters its “new phase of expansion.” He succeeds former CEO Alex Panlilio.
Butcher has more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry. He previously served as president of Hagerty and a director of Hagerty International Holdings, Ltd. Butcher also spent a substantial part of his career in executive leadership roles at Marsh McLennan Agency and Marsh’s U.S. and Canada business. He has recently served in advisory roles at Brown & Brown and as founder of his own leadership advisory firm.
