Paragon Insurance Holdings LLC., a managing general agency based in Avon, Connecticut, hired Randy Roppelt as president of the Construction Division.
Prior to joining Paragon Insurance, Roppelt was president and chief underwriting officer for Coventry Risk Specialty, a managing general agency specializing in the residential construction industry.
Roppelt has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry specializing in alternative risk, commercial E&S and reinsurance. He previously held executive positions at: Roppelt Consulting, Pembrace Syndicate 2012, HBW Insurance Services, Alexander Howden N.A., E&S Intermediaries and Johnson & Higgins.
Paragon Insurance is a managing general agency that supports retail agents, insurance carriers and reinsurers within the specialty program market space.
