Satellite Agency Network (SAN) Group Inc., an alliance of independent property/casualty insurance agencies in the Northeast, recently hired Lynn Marcou and David Collins as agency development field specialists for its member agency support team.
Both are based in SAN’s Hampton, New Hampshire, office and report to Jeff Holmes, vice president of Agency Development & Services. As field specialists, they will spend the bulk of their time visiting agencies across the eight states SAN members are located in.
Marcou will be responsible for field support of newly created independent insurance agencies. Prior to SAN, Marcou worked for a New Hampshire and Vermont insurance agency as senior account manager for the southern New Hampshire region. She is a licensed insurance professional with 24 years in the insurance industry, specializing in personal lines and small commercial.
Collins is responsible for consulting and agency development services of all experienced SAN member agencies focusing on commercial lines growth and development opportunities. Collins previously served as commercial account executive at a retail agency in southern New Hampshire.
SAN has over 340 members across eight states. SAN is the founding member agency of the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA), a national alliance of over 5,300 independent insurance agency members.
