Eastern Insurance Group in Natick, Massachusetts, has hired William Lemos as senior vice president and manager of its construction practice.
At Eastern Insurance Group, Lemos will provide oversight and direction as it pertains to operations, marketing and new business growth within the firm’s construction practice. He will also be responsible for producing new business revenue across industry practice groups.
Lemos previously worked as vice president and construction practice leader at Marsh USA. He was also a member of the real estate and surety teams at Marsh.
Lemos is a 15-year industry veteran, having held leadership positions with Zurich (Global Property leader for New England), AIG (business development manager for Metro Boston), and Sheppard Riley Coughlin (client executive, Construction). Lemos is experienced in placing coverage for large builders’ risk exposures, complex property programs and surety.
