North American Insurance Alliance, an agency aggregator group based in Maine, appointed Debora Hillier as vice president of business development strategies.
Hillier has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. Her various experiences have included owning an insurance and real estate agency, being chief operating officer of an agency, a position as operations supervisor at a national MGA, and self-employed as an independent consultant for insurance agency operations issues. Hillier works out of Brunswick, Maine, and travels throughout New England.
Formed in 2009, North American Insurance Alliance is an agency aggregator group with 24 members and 40 locations throughout New England.
The group recently added offices and their branches in Vermont. These newest members include Paige & Campbell in Barre; W. H. Shaw in Manchester Center; Holden Financial Services in Middlebury; Lonergan & Thomas in Bennington; Lawrence & Wheeler in Springfield; Royer Camp Insurance Inc. in Newport; Footes Insurance Agency in Vergennes; Associated Insurance in Newport; and T.S. Peck Insurance Agency in South Burlington.
