PMC Insurance Group, a Needham, Mass.-based national workers compensation wholesale broker, has announced the restructuring of its sales organization into four regions to enhance their national footprint and carrier relationships. The sales operation will now be lead by regional vice presidents.
PMC appointed Kate Alben as the Midwest regional vice president, Phil Fleming as the Northeast regional vice president and Debi McAleer as the South regional vice president. PMC Chief Operating Officer David Malloy and Vice President Andy Shaw will share responsibilities for the West Region.
The regional vice presidents will be responsible for maintaining and developing local agencies, expanding regional products and carrier relationships, and growing and managing their regional profit centers. They will report to Andy Shaw and David Malloy.
Malloy said the restructuring of the sales organization would help PMC capitalize on its carrier partners’ national reach and further assist agents in securing workers compensation products in an ever-evolving workers compensation market.
