Liberty Mutual Insurance announced the promotion of Glenn Shapiro to the role of executive vice president and chief claims officer for its commercial insurance.
Shapiro has more than 23 years of industry experience, including leadership positions in personal, commercial, and disability claims organizations.
Prior to this appointment, he was senior vice president and manager of field operations for commercial insurance claims for Liberty Mutual Insurance. He has also served as senior vice president of claims for Safeco Insurance, a Liberty Mutual Insurance company.
