The U.K.-based broker BMS Group appointed industry veteran Mike Hollenbach as executive vice president within its specialty casualty team. He will be based in Philadelphia.
Hollenbach joins BMS from Towers Watson where he served as a senior account executive for multi-line insurance carriers covering the major property/casualty lines of business. He was also the professional liability practice group leader for many years, having joined Towers Watson in 1985.
Hollenbach has worked in the reinsurance business for 29 years, including positions with the law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamby, Leiby & MacRae where he focused on reinsurance and regulatory affairs. He has written and lectured extensively on reinsurance matters, as well as having served on various industry trade committees.
