Massachusetts-based Provider Insurance agency has named Patrick Darcey and Jamie Moran as shareholders.

Darcey is a senior sales executive for Provider’s commercial lines department. He joined the firm in October 1999 and has developed an expertise in construction, janitorial and energy insurance.

Moran — concurrent with being named a shareholder — was also promoted to director of financial services group. He has been with Provider for 6 years and has more than 15 years of experience in employee benefits on a local and national basis.
