The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) has appointed Terry L. Harlow as director of education and communications, reporting to Daniel F. Maher, executive director.
Harlow will undertake responsibility for membership communication and she will direct educational and training activities internally and for the industry on ELANY’s behalf.
Prior to joining ELANY, Harlow was a vice president of learning for Marsh, and before that was with Citigroup. H
ELANY is a non profit industry advisory association formed to facilitate compliance with the excess line law.
