Insurance broker Integro has appointed a team of Boston-area producers to serve as the Boston-based arm of the company’s Healthcare Practice. William (Bill) J. McDonough, Todd Drometer and James DeCourcey will manage placements for healthcare clients throughout the Northeast, under the leadership of the recently named Managing Principal Ruth Kilduff.
McDonough, managing principal, has two decades of experience in healthcare professional liability program design and loss prevention consulting, with a specialty in alternative risk financing design for hospitals and physician groups. He joins Integro from Marsh, where he served as a managing director for the National healthcare practice for 14 years.
Todd Drometer, managing principal, brings 17 years of experience in healthcare, most recently with a focus in professional liability, alternative risk financing and risk programs. His most recent position was managing director and Northeast healthcare practice leader for Marsh.
DeCourcey, principal, also joins Integro from Marsh, where he was a vice president and Northeast healthcare casualty leader. He has had nine years of experience ibroking complex healthcare programs.
As announced in May, Kilduff is a registered nurse with 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, most recently as managing director in Marsh’s healthcare practice. She was previously a vice president at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston.
