Allenbrook Inc., a Brunswick, Maine-based provider of automation and consulting services for the property/casualty insurance industry, and Blue Cod Technologies Inc., a Worcester, Mass.-based provider of customer service and work management software solutions, announced the release of Blue Cod’s automated out-of-sequence-endorsement product, Wizard of OOSE for Phoenix庐.
The Wizard is designed specifically to work with Allenbrook’s Phoenix庐 policy processing solution.
Designed around the concept that out-of-sequence endorsement processing will always require a degree of human decision-making, Blue Cod’s wizard approach automates the maximum number of functions possible and helps users move through the process in a fraction of the time. The Wizard also serves to eliminate errors and reconcile rating issues.
